Usually, we look back and realize that our experiences have made us better people.  For the most part, we can be satisfied with out successes.

   Unfortunately, such is not a luxury for me.  I can only look on in abject horror that people I work with (either coworkers or customers) and realize that our public schooling system has failed us.  This page is dedicated to using my skills at identifying others' faults and posting the foolishness for all to see.  This is not a place where I prove that nobody is perfect but rather, a page to highlight the truly original displays of idiocy.

   As of 9/24/01, the Idiot of The Week Page has gotten it's own Page and is no longer a subdirectory of 'Nick at Work'.  I had originally thought to dedicate this page to the foolishness of my fellow coworkers and customers, but I realized that there was a wide world of stupidity, just waiting to be experienced.

   Week One!  For the week of 8/19 to 8/26, I humbly present the following person for your perusal as the embodiment of idiocy.  And if anyone disagrees with me, then you're the Idiot of next week.  Got it?

   Week Two!  For the week of 8/19 to 9/02, I present the person you are both most expecting and least expecting for this wonderful award.

   Week Three!  For the week of 9/03 to 9/09, I present to you a three people, all equally deserving.

   Week Four!  For the week of 9/10 to 9/16, I present three more people who have done foolish things, and a special runner-up.  Hint: don't speak bad about The Nick.

   Week Five!  For the week of 9/17 to 9/23, I present an extraordinary idiot/friend as well as a special mention.

   Week Six!  For the week of 9/24 to 9/30, I present people who treat The Nick unfairly.  Believe me, it's a long list.

   Week Seven!  For the week of 10/01 to 10/07, things that annoy and hurt The Nick.

   Week Eight!  For the week of 10/08 to 10/14, an example of stupidity.  More of the same ol' IotW...

   Week Nine!  For the week of 10/15 to 10/21, everyone behaved.  Why does this bother me?

   Week Ten!  For the week of 10/22 to 10/28, I give you lotsa' idiots.

   Week Eleven!  After 70 days of idiocy, I give you, for the week of 10/29 to 11/04, a little bit of idiocy.  A boring week.

   Week Twelve!  For the week of 11/05 to 11/11, I give you a deserving fool who makes some great excuses.  In truth, this isn't a case of recurring idiocy, it was some temporary idiocy (BETTER be temporary).  Paintball players, read this!

   Week Thirteen!  For the week of 11/12 to 11/18, I give you voters, waiters, and Maryland.

   Week Fourteen and Fifteen!  For the weeks of 11/19 to 11/25 and for 11/26 to 12/02, I don't really have much.  But here's an IotW anyway!

   Week 16, from December until the first of August, 2003, I nominate myself, for lazily ignoring my web page.
