An Army of one. 21 April 2003 Malu has finally pushed it too far with other workers. She now stands alone. Last night she was yelling at poor little Shirley when finally Shirley snapped yelling "She's my friend, i dont thinks she's gonna have a cow over it!" sparking a bit of shock and laughter among the others. She later took Shirley aside to have one of her usless confrontations. Malu told Shirley she wasn't packing right, "Well thats what it says on the sheet" said Shirley "Well it's changed" Malu yelled back "Well how wasI suposed to know, no one told me!" "Well you know now!". That has got to be one of the stupidest things I've heard. Malu is so wrong in everything she does these days. She's possably one of the worst workers there. Even Kerri and Nigel were complaining about her. Strez and Anne had a conversation about it earlier. Strez saying "Maybe we should help her instead of trying to tare her down" Anne replied "Yeah we can secretly slip shrink cards into her bag":P Well thats not exactly what i meant. Malu has obvieously become very stressed over the past few months. She doesn't even look the same. Now she sports a rather unhealthy, drained look when before she was alot more young and vibrant looking. Could this new look have something to do with loosing the son she never had, Strez? Well the change of appearance did start after all those drama's between them. Either way she's in need of some serious psychiatric help not to mention a major make over. Last night was the last shift for our good friend Keiran. Some didn't even get to say a proper goodbye. Farwell Keiran:( |

Nothings right. 18April 2003 Malu just keeps on changing and changing and so is everything she touches. But whatever she touches doesn't turn to gold it turns to shit. I arrived at work to find out that the side you wear your name badge has been switched once again. This is the 3rd time. Before we were yelled at for having it on the right side and now all of a sudden it's change. Looks like someone hasn't been following company procedures MALU! Then last night When i went to the toilet Malu yells over the head set "You have one minute" now theres a time limit for the letrien. So does that mean if your half way through chukin a bog you have to stop, pack up your shit (litterally) and walk out with half of it still stuck up your ass. She didn't even give me a minute she started yellin my name over the head set after like 30 seconds. It is getting absolutely rediculous. Of corse i was in a rush to get to work and i accedently forgot to bring my belt, even though i didn't need one. But no, "No excuse" as Malu says. So i got another written warning. Man i think i have about 5 or 6 now. So this could finally mean the end. When I was leaving Kerri said to me "Oi I didn't have a Belt and Malu didn't say anything to me" didn't she now, that should hold up in court. Among all that the shift supervisors have finally recieved there custom shirts. Now when they come around the corner you think it's a manager so you act all straight and good but then it's just Fanchini or Suzzane. Nothing is right anymore. |

War against Malu. 9th April 2003 Malu has yet again become more crazy. As some of you know she handed out 5 written warnings in one night. Surely the other managers have to see that this isn't right. The plot against Strez and the managers is stable at the moment. The moment of truth was yesterday. Malu has vowed never to work with Strez but last night she had no choice. She told Vianney that "Even if he has whitesocks (how ironic:) or no belt, I'll fire him on the spot" . Last night Strez got by with out any trouble, which is more than we can say for Malu. She did numorous mistakes, contradicting herself. Not only was she over 2 hours late, but she also talked to workers and distracted them resulting in them not getting out on time, stuffing up orders, and stopped cooking chicken at 8:30 when we closed at 10:00 recieving many complaints. Of corse we had to deal with these customers, being sworn at or yelled at. All she cared about was getting herself out of trouble by having no left overs. What about the whole point we are here, to sell chicken. But how can we sell something when we dont even have it. |
