What is the Yellow Ribbon Card?

They are pocket sized cards that empower and encourage teens to seek help during a time of crisis. A youth gives a card to someone they trust when they need to talk. The back of the card tells the person who receives it how to respond, and what to do.

What is a Yellow Ribbon?

Wear a yellow ribbon so you will be recognized as someone who will listen and help.

What is the donation going towards?

The money goes towards education for communities, schools and other public areas (ie. churches, etc.). The donations also go towards providing materials, such as the yellow ribbon cards, lapel pins and necessities for activities and/or events.

What can I do?

Commit some time to our chapter, by contacting us through email. This involves educating others on the subject of suicide and the Yellow Ribbon Program.

Everyone should be willing to talk to and listen to those who need help. Together as a community we can all learn how to help out one another.
