		Also, as you can see, there is alot of blank places on this map.  If you wish to buy a plot of land to put a base, each plot of land (equal to that of 1 base, not including weapon outposts and defenses), costs $30,000.  You get to name your base and if you wish, it can become a registered city.  Please let Dave Soome know if you wish for this to happen.  That is all.
