					Training will help raise your level, which helps your piloting skills.  You can only basic train 1 time a week.  At different training points, you will gain perks.  Look at the Chart below to find out when and what you get.  Here is the person you need to contact to train.  You must ask at least a week in advance with a time!!!!          Lt.
