		Here is how power is distributed throughout the site and prevents a tyranny:             Note: this system has been greatly influenced by the U.S.A.'s checks and                                                  balance system        In this system, there is the President, the Congress, and the Judiciary.  The Judiciary Branch watchs over Congres, keeping it in line, and at the same time it deals with all judiciary (crime problem) issues.  The President keeps the Judiciary Branch in check.  This prevents a takeover in all fields.  This is what we use.  There is a Site Leader/President (Dave Soome).  The Lords (Congress) keep him in line.  The High Lord/Judiciary (Seto Kaiba) keeps them in line.  And the president keeps him in line.  The President gives the final OK to all site-related issues that concern him.  He can also form tournements.  That is his only power.  However, the Lords set up all else, asking him for the finale OK.  And, with an unanimous vote (excepting Dave Soome), they can impeach him from office, not from the site.  The High Lord, Seto, keeps the peace on the site and is kept in line by the Site Leader Dave Soome.  If Dave Soome rejects an idea put forth by the Lords, if it is unanimous between all Lords (excepting Dave Soome) and between the High Lord Seto, then it can be passed.  That is all.
