The first two items are the only payments required to reserve your place at the Family Weekend. The other fees are due upon arrival and check-in. However, they may be paid in advance, if you wish. Please use ages that members of the party will be during the reunion.

     Refund Policy

We will have a very liberal refund policy, allowing you the benefit of reserving your accommodations, yet feeling safe that you can recoup some of your money should you need to cancel.

Room deposits will be refunded in full if the cancellation is received two weeks prior to the event.
After that time, your deposit will be forfeited.

Reunion registration fees will be refunded in full minus $5.00 per reservation form for mailing costs if cancellation is received 60 days prior to the event.
After that time,  your fees will be forfeited due to the fact that deposits will have been made, prizes and keepsakes will have been purchased, etc. However, someone in your family may pick up your reunion pack for you.

Any money you have paid towards other events, meals,  and activities will be refunded in full if cancellation is received at any time prior to registration (July 6, 2000).
