Very few of us play full-out every day, saving nothing for tomorrow, next week, next month, next year. We hold back on our lives, our relationships, and our jobs. It doesn't have to be this way. Effective communication is essential and is strengthened through knowledge, understanding and appreciation of individual differences and abilities. By investing time in practicing positive group interaction skills, learning about the "humanness" of each other, and just plain enjoying each other's company through wholehearted efforts, trust, fun and laughter, we can all become more successful in our lives.
