District Needs YOU!

       In addition to great contests, stimulating educational sessions, and having fun reacquainting yourself with Toastmaster friends from all over Arizona, you are needed to vote upon decisions that will affect District 3 Toastmasters.  The Council meeting is Saturday,
    November 6 as part of the Fall Conference in Flagstaff.  A quorum must be present to vote upon District business, and  we need you. 
    Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education:  PLEASE mark your calendar to attend the District 3 Council meeting Saturday morning.  If you cannot attend, you can send a proxy in your place.
    The proxy holder must be a member in good standing from your club. (See proxy). 
   Don't forget your Club Banner for the "Parade of Banners". 
   Show pride for the accomplishments of your club by parading your banner Saturday morning.  Club banners are prominently displayed for the entire conference for all to see.
