District Realignment and Policy Change Proposals
Highlights

Details have been mailed to all the Presidents and Vice-Presidents of Education of each District 3 (Arizona) club. Your District Executive Committee approved a realignment proposal and policy changes, based on the recommendation of the Past District Governor Advisory Committee.

District 3 needs you to vote upon…

Realignment
- Boundary changes from the Northwest corner of Arizona (North above the Colorado River) and Page Arizona to District 15, which is the District just north of Arizona. 

Policy Amendments
- District Policy #3 Outstanding Toastmaster 
- District Policy #10 Expense Reimbursement
