Olympus. Home of the gods. Those pesky gods and citizens that like to steal your hard earned money! :) If you decide to make a trip up here, try leaving your cash with someone you trust. The citizens steal from you, as well as a few of the other pain in the tuckus mobs. There are, however, some items of interest here, so read on!
This is pretty straightforward. From the north gate of DH, just head ALL the way north to reach the base of the mountain. Nice and easy, right? Head straight on up the mountain to reach the city. (Might wanna have fly on ;) ). This is the path you would take if you were interested in heading over to Barriks keep. Just thought you should know... Thought I would try something different (and I'm kicking myself for not gathering this information earlier...) to see if anyone liked it. Here is a little information concerning the mobs in Olympus. Hope you find it useful...

Aphrodite appears to be between level 40 and 45.

A serving boy appears to be between level 15 and 20.
A serving boy looks like a Human, and follows the ways of the warrior.
A serving boy appears to be affected by: bless, bless, and armor.

{held} a fan made of peacock feathers

Aphrodite and her serving boys... I think the ivory staff that aphrodite carries usually has more charges on it than the one you will find at the alchemist...

The alchemist appears to be between level 30 and 35.
The alchemist looks like a Human, and follows the ways of the warrior.
This has got to be my favorite mobs to beat up for a quick little sanctuary. The ivory staff that he is carrying (as well as a couple of other mobs) casts a quick little sanctuary if you need it. The nectar and ambrosia are great as well. Grab one and find out why. :)

A golden maiden appears to be between level 30 and 35.
A golden maiden looks like a Human, and follows the ways of the warrior.
You peek at her inventory:
a gold nugget

Hephaestus and the golden maidens. He is carrying the brightly glowing shield, which is a great shield to get if you can. Problem is, the maidens will jump into the fight if you dont do something to remove them from the action first. Usually, I just charm them and lead them out of the room and put them to sleep. The other nice thing is that each maiden is carrying a little golden nugget that is worth the time to midas. Get rid of the maidens, and get the shield from Heph. Trust me, its worth the effort. :)

Samuel is an AGGRESIVE mob! So be careful if you are just looking around. He will beat you up just for the heck of it.

Poor guy needs a break. Seems like someone is always out to get poor Zeus. Well, I'm betting if he didnt keep that damn aegis on him, it wouldn't be so hard. Not to mention a little something else he has once in a while.

Yes, you can MOUNT the pegasus to fly around if you need to. Be the envy of all your friends! OoOoOo.

Down from here will lead you to Charon and the Underworld. When you are in the room with Charon DO NOT go west. There is a DEATHTRAP there. Instead, give Charon 1 coin. You'll avoid the DT and be a happier adventurer for it.
Excellent! You made it around the DT. Here is where you will end up. Again, DO NOT go east from here. It's the same DT....
Cerebrus. Guardian pit bull of hell. He's not so tough, right? heh. Just a note, if you are looking around, Cerebrus is AGGRESSIVE. Also, if you go south from Cerebrus, you are NOT going to be able to recall until you get to Hades. (On a side note, Cerebrus is really the only aggro mob down here (With the exception of Cronus and the Cyclops, but you dont HAVE to encounter either of them if you are careful... Read on to figure out how to get out of here...
If you managed to avoid Cronus and the Cyclops you will head past Hecatoncheires to Hades himself. Here is the fun part. Hades is not aggressive, and if you GROVEL to him, he will send you back to Harakiem in DH (recall point). Now wasnt that easy? Hades is also the holder of Souldrinker, in case you were wondering where that sword could be found :)
I dont really have time to go into a history lesson of the gods, but here is Persephone. About the only really interesting thing on her is the light (and that isnt even all that interesting).
