This tour gives you a complete perspective on Bali, sweeping up over the forested mountain spine of the island, down to the north shore. Our route takes in scenic and steep rice terraces, with a stop at Pacung village to enjoy the spectacular view. Candi Kuning Market, our next stop, is a feast for the senses; a kaleidoscope of flowers, tropical fruits and vegetables. On the shore of Lake Bratan, we enter Ulun Danu Temple, paying our respects to the Goddess of the lake. Through stunning mountain scenery and forests full of monkeys, we find our way to Git-Git waterfall, then carry on northwards to the historic City of Singaraja. At the nearby black sand beach of Lovina we will break for lunch. Our return journey to the south follows country roads with outstanding views. |
