On this tour we will enter the Royal Temple of Mengwi, called Pura Taman Ayun. Dating from 1634, this temple is famous for its towering multi-tier shrines and exotic moat. Next we will walk through the towering trees of a sacred monkey forest in Kedaton Village, teeming with mischievous monkeys. We round off the afternoon by exploring Tanah Lot, a seaside temple renowned for its sunsets, providing the perfect backdrop for this sacred site, rising up from wave-lashed lava rock.
