Derryl Murphy was born in Nova Scotia and lives in Edmonton, Alberta.
His short fiction has appeared in Realms of Fantasy, On
Spec, Transversions,
Tesseracts 4, Tesseracts
6 and Northern
Suns. His short story Body
Solar was nominated for an Aurora
Award in 1994. Derryl also writes a SF review column in The Edmonton
Journal which was also a finalist for an Aurora
Award. His collection Wasps at the Speed of Sound and Other Shattered Futures
is coming in spring of 2004.
