Self Assessment Tools
Sometimes we just want to take a good look at ourselves without anyone else knowing what we find! This section will be filled with information and tools to assess our own health and nutrition status, and find out where we need to make changes. Remember, however, these are only estimates. We recommend going to a qualified Dietitian or nutritionally knowledgeable Physician if you have any health concerns These tools are meant for healthy individuals.

To start off, we have a
calculator to determine your BMI. This is

not.
If you spend time running every week to keep fit, or just to burn those extra calories, our running calorie counter will tell you how many calories you can burn off. |
