Oh, hello. So you're curious about the legal stuff involved with my site? Or maybe you want to know how I made this thing? Well, stuff like that is all on this page. Please take the time to read it before you go flaming me, suing me, or taking my property without asking. If you have a problem with something on the site, please email me and I will do my best to work out the situation with you as soon as possible.

Now to kick things off, here's a must for every fan site, no matter what the fandom:

I am not affliated in any way with anyone who does own rights to Harry Potter and the ficitonal place in which he lives. I am not making any money from this site or anything on it. This is just a fan site and is not meant to infringe on anyone's rights. Please don't sue me, as I have nothing to take and as I am not breaking any laws that I know of.

Now, we can move on to some more information that will probably just bore you further, unless of course you have a desire to go into webdesign or law. Next is for the webbies who like to know how a site was created and the reasons behind it:

Site History:

This site originally began as a quickie site put up with very little HTML knowledge using Yahoo's PageBuilder. I just wanted a place to share my obsession with all things Potter, Snape, and Slytherin related. It began as a place to showcase my ficiton so that my friends could read them. Back then, I wasn't even really thinking of having a site for public viewing at all, but well, I sort of found that I liked it, so I decided to make a bigger go of it. When I learned a bit more about webdesign, I laid my hands on a copy of Macromedia's Studio MX software and used it to create this much better layout. I am going to give the site an official birthday in a few days when I am sure everything is up and running.

The next bit is for the people who visit this place all the time and support me. Everyone else can skip it and move on to the non-awards speech stuff.

A huge thank you and acknowledment goes to a very good friend of mine who has supported me and this site from the start. *waves* You know who you are. ^_^ Thanks so much. I owe you big.
