Unknown of this uniting, batman fights them to save the world from domination. This game is ok, but when you reach this one part, you get shot to peices by a sub-machine gun! I mea, all batman has is a freekin boomerang and some other useless crap! So how's he supposed to go up against a gun?? Dont bother with this game, because that part is on the first level. Graphics: 9 Gameplay: 3 Gamer Level: Advanced Overall: 12/20 Price: $17.99 Status: Dont Bother Craxy Taxi Genre: Racing Review: Four Cab drivers; Two cities; One mission...... to get their customers where they want in the shortest ammount of time while doing crazy stunts. Be Axle, Gina, B.D. Joe, or Gus in this high action, engine reving, super-powered mega bash of a game. There are 2 levels: Arcade and Original. In each level, there are different bodes. There is arcade mode, which is found in arcades accross america, where you are racing the clock to get as many customers where they want with the most ammount of cash earned. To chalenging for your mood? You can also just select a time limit for you to play, and then just wory about erarning a whole lotta cash. This game is awesome, for an old game. If I were you I'd rent it first, to see if you like it. Graphics: 7.5 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 17.5/20 Price: $19.99 Status: Rent Dark Summit Genre: Sports/Snowboarding Review: Not a bad game at all. You play this girl who goes snowboarding, but then she is hired to stop this evil dude who bought the mountain from turning all the worlds cows into killing machines (kinda random if ya ask me). THe plot doesnt matter, its the game play that makes it good. Id rent it first, and if ya like it, buy it. Graphics: 5 Gameplay: 7 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 12/20 Price: $14.98 Status: Rent Dave Mira Freestyle BMX 2 Genre: Extreme Sports Review: This game is ok. The career mode is sweet, because you can do all sorts of cool missions, and in multi player it has wipeout mode (realy awesome). But in multi-player mode, it only goes one at a time, not simultaniously, which stinks. Its an ok game, but rent it. If ya like it, it's cheap, so ya dont have to burn a hole in your wallet. Graphics: 6 Gameplay: 7 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 13/20 Price: $14.99 Status: Rent Gauntlet: Dark Legacy Genre: Adventure Review: In a land of 8 magical relms, an evil dude named Garm has stolen 13 objects, which are the only things that can be used against him, and has scatered them accross the relms so that no one would ever find them. No one tried to find them, until 8 people, a knight, a dwarf, a wizard, a Valkyrie, an archer, a warrior, a Sorceress, and a jester, come along. Its up to them to stop Garm and his evil affiliates. You can choose your own name, and which one of the 8 you can be. Also, this game only has one mode, but this can hold up to 4 players. This game is fun, but you should rent it first to see if its realy your type. Graphics: 4 (oh man, they are baaaad) Gameplay: 10 (but this makes up for it) Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 14/20 Price: $39.99 Status: Rent James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire Genre: First Person Shooter Review: This is not a good game. The plot sucks, and the only good thing about this game is that it has a good multiplayer mode, which STILL SUCKS! If you want a good Bond game, get Nightfire. Well, this game also has some good levels, and has good graphics, so ill give it a 6. Graphics: 8 Gameplay: 6 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 14/20 Price: $19.99 Status: Rent James Bond 007: Nightfire Genre: First Person Shooter Review: This game is much better than Agent Under Fire. To list a few reasons, there are much better graphics, more weapons, more driving, better multiplayer mode(s). This game has a freekin good plot too. If you were to choose beteween this game, and Agent Under Fire, get this game. Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 8 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 18/20 Price: $9.99 Status: Buy Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker Genre: Adventure Review: This has to be the BEST DAMN ZELDA GAME....PERIOD (i know, thats a rip off of Fox Sports' Best Damn Sports Show Period, but so what?)! This game may seem kiddy, well If you think it is, YOUR WRONG. This game is so sweet. It starts off on an Island which has the tradition of having teens put on links style of clothing when they are the same age he was when he first saved the world. But then, this kid comes of age and his sister is kidnapped by the same evil dude that fought link. Its up to this kid to save the day. You play as him (you choose his name, could be dumpo if ya like), ya fight evil dudes with swords, bombs, bomerangs, arrows, ya know the shabang. This game has loads of aciton and you'll love it (I love it, your father loves it, your grandma watches it on the VCR! I took that from a Saturday Night Live Skit). THIS GAME ROCKS! Graphics: 9 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 19/20 Price: $49.99 Status: BUY! The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King Genre: Action Review: This game ROCKS!!!! It starts off at where Gandalf rides in at Helms Deep, and you play as Gandalf. Next, it moves on to a part where you can choose out of Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas. And eventually you get to choose Sam or Frodo. Also, the graphics are right out of the movie!!!! THATS AWESOME!!! The gameplay rocks, and...well, it kinda follows the plot of the movie, but woop didoo. Buy this game. It is awesome. Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 20/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy Luigi's Mansion Genre: Adventure Review: This is a fun game, well, actually its just addicting and chalenging (which makes it kinda fun), but thats not the point. This is the first game where Luigi is the sole main character, and where it revolves arround him. Luigi wins a mansion in a contest he didnt even enter, but he accepts it anyways. He invites Mario, but when he gets there, Mario isnt there, but there are ghosts every where. But then, this scientist comes with a ghost catching device, but fails to catch the ghost, and so the 2 of them retreat. Coming to find out, Luigi is told Mario was captured. Its up to him to save his brother. Rent this game to see if ya like it, but I really think it is fun. Ya do wat ya want. Graphics: 8 Gameplay: 7 Gamer Level: Novice Overall: 15 Price: $27.99 Status: Rent or Buy. Its on the line. Madden 2004 Genre: Sports/Football Review: This game is a terrific football game. All the teams in the NFL have been updated, there are more plays availible, overall its a great football game. Not much else to say about this game, other than get it Rating: 11.5 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour Genre: Sports Review: This game is ok. You play golf with characters like Mario, Peach, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Bowser, and Koopa Troopa. There are loads of levels and modes to play, and the graphics rule! YOu can even insult your opponant during play! Id rent it first though, to see if you like it. Graphics: 9 Gameplay: 6 Gamer Level: Novice Overall: 15 Price: $49.99 Status: Rent Mario Kart: Double Dash Genre: Racing Review: This game is the BEST Mario Kart Game on the market (well, out of the ones for the other systems). In this game, there are 2 characters per kart, and that means more characters (ex: Baby Luigi, Baby Bowser, Peach, Diddy, and Paratroopa), and also there are brand new sick nasty levels (ex: Daisy's Cruise Boat, Donkey Kong Mountain). Also, there are some SWEET new weapons (ex: Fireball, Bowser Shell, Lighting Ball) and the Blue Shell now EXPLODES! THATS AWESOME! It still follows the Mushroom, Flower, Star, and Special Cups format. In battle multi-play, there are 2 new modes: Steel the Shine, and something in which you throw bombs at eachother. This game is awesome. Go buy it. Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 20/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun Genre: First Person Shooter Review: This is one HELL of a good game! You are either a jap or a us soldier, and you fight the other side in a WWII shooting game! It also has a great multi-player mode, and goes up to 4 players. The weapons and levels are awesome, and so is everything else! GO AND GET IT! Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 9 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 19/20 Price: $49.99 Status: BUY! NBA Live 2004 Genre: Sports Review: This is a fun game. You choose any team in the NBA and you play other teams. This game is a great party game too. You can also do slam dunks, and other freestyle moves. not much else to say about this game. Except that it takes up so many blocks. Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 7 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 17/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 Genre: Racing Review: Now you may think I say this about all the games I have reviewed, but THIS GAME IS THE BEST RACING GAME I HAVE PLAYED YET! This game though, is so fun. It has 4 modes: 1. Hot Pursuit Mode: Racing opponants while being chased by cops. 2. Championship Mode: Racing without the cops. 3. Single Chalange: Pick any mode (even be the cop mode) and amount of players and a few other things, and play with 1 of your friends! This is good for practice, goofing around, and schooling your freinds. 4. Quick Race: Racing without the hastle of choice. So there ya have it. This game rocks. Graphics: 9 Gameplay: 9 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 18/20 Price: ONLY $19.99!! SWEET! Status: Buy Need For Speed: Underground Genre: Correction, this is the best. You do underground racing, using some of the same modes from the last one, but there is now Drag and Drift modes. And tere are only 2 REALY SUCKY cars in this game... OUT OF 15....ish(like the Lancer, Eclipse, and some othe sick nasty cars). This game is wicked fun, and the graphics are out of this world. Buy this game NOW! DONT WAIT!!!! Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 20/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy NOW!!! NFL 2K3 Genre: Sports/Football Review: This game is bad. Madden is better. I mean, NFL 2K3 has BAD graphics, not as many plays, confusing controls, its just awful. Dont get it. Graphics: 2 Gameplay: 1 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 3/20 Price: $9.99 (not worth your money) Status: Not Worth it NFL Street Genre: Sport/Football Review: Ever wonder what NFL players do in the off season? And I do mean other than party. They play football with their friends, without pads, or refs, or come to think of it RULES at all. There are many different modes of play in this game. First lets start with Quick Match. In Quick Match, you and a friend each pick a team, pick 7 players, and pick a level (like West Coast or City Limits), and play some non-stop action. In this game, you can pull off style moves (like in NBA Street), like No Look Pass, Between the legs Pass, etc. But there is no field goal, so no need for kickers (cuz Vinitari would SCHOOL you!). Next, there is Chalenge mode, where you have to use a custom team with players NEVER heard of (like Rusty Baggs), and beat REAL NFL teams. Finaly, there is Style Mode, where you pull of as many style points as humanly possible. This is a GREAT game and an even BETTER party game. IF I were you, Id buy it. Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 20/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy Pikmin Genre: SUCKEY Review: THIS GAME IS THE WORST EVER! ITS EVEN WORSE THAN SIM CITY 3000 (which is very bad)! DO NOT GET!! THIS GAME ISNT EVEN WORTH GIVING TO SOMEONE FOR CHRISTMAS! ITS SHEER CHILD ABUSE! Graphics: 0 Gameplay: 0 Gamer Level: Novice Overall: 0/20 Price: $19.99 Status: SOOOO NOT WORTH IT! Robotech: Battlecry Genre: Action Review: This game is ok, but the plot is just copied off the anime series. The graphics arent that good, and they also messed up in the characters (yes, i own Robotech: The Macros Saga on DVD). Um ill get more on this game later. Graphics: 9 Gameplay: 8 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 17/20 Price: $19.99 Status: Rent Sonic Adventure 2: Battle Genre: Adventure Review: Ok, this game is one of the best sonic games made. For one reason IT ACTUALY HAS A DIFFERENT SCENARIO PLOT! THATS AMAZING! I mean, all the other games just have sonic prevent Eggman from steeling the Chaos Emeralds with cheesey graphics, but this one has that, plus two new charachters AND a little twist in there!! This game has Stupendous graphics, and IS NOT DULL! You can choose to be good or evil, and it has a sweet multi player mode with many mini modes. This game is one of the FEW good sonic games. Graphics: 9 Gameplay: 10 (hey, new plot! at last!) Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 19/20 Price: $29.99 Status: Buy Sonic Heroes Genre: Adventure Review: This game may look kiddy, but it aint. This game follows roughly the same system as Sonic Adventure 2, as in earn medals, choose a side, etc. But this game has 4 sides: Sonic, Dark, Rose, and Chaotix. Plus it has loads of new 2-player modes, as well as the feature in all of tem where you can switch between 3 characters. The graphics rock too. Get this game. It's awesome. Graphics: 10 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 20/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Buy Soul Calibur 2 Genre: Fighting Review: This game is awesome. You get to choose a character (which include Link, Raphael, Ivy, Nightmare, Asteroth, and Yoshitsamo.), and you get to fight a friend (or a comp if ya got no friends). This game is only 2 players, but its wicked fun. The story mode has an awesome setup, and the graphics are sweet. Get this game. It's worth it. Rating: 12 Price: $39.99 Status: Buy SSX3 Genre: Snowboarding Review: This game is a great game. There are loads of multi player modes, like race, freestyle, and tournaments. Also, there are loads of characters to choose from. It doesnt have a tremendously great Career mode, but it still is not that bad. This game is based on beating a series of tournaments, on each of the 3 mountains. Id rent it first though, because while I may like it, you might not. Graphics: 7 Gameplay: 6 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 13/20 Price: $49.99 Status: Rent Star Fox Adventures: Dinosaur Planet Genre: Adventure Review: This game is ok, I guess. Well, lets just say it aint the best. Has cool graphics, but TOO MANY FREEKIN PUZLES! This game you have to put back toether a planet torn apart by this evil dino gone crazy. The boss fights are too hard (literaly IMPOSIBLE! IM STUCK ON BOSS 1!), the graphics arent up to full capasity, and it ruins the original (ya only fly 4 times! AND THROUGH RINGS AND YOU DONT KILL ANYONE!). Do not get this game unless you rent it and ya like it. Graphics: 5 Gameplay: 3 Gamer Level: Legend (you cant get past boss 1. just not possible) Overall: 8/20 Price: $19.99 Status: Not Worth it Star Wars: The Clone Wars Genre: Action Review: This game is ok. Really. Its not that bad. This game follows what occurs after the major battle in the movie, which is really cool, cuz it will help clue into the next movie...I think. No matter. This game is very cool, and the graphics rock. The plot rocks too. Buy it. Graphics: 7 Gameplay: 10 Gamer Level: Intermediate Overall: 17/20 Price: $17.99 Preowned Status: Buy Star Wars: Rogue Leader (Rogue Squadron II) Genre: Action Review: This game is one great sequal. It starts off with the destruction of the first DEATH STAR, and goes up to the destruction of the second one. This all takes place in the cockpit of any ship Luke pilots. Its a good game in all, could be better, but pretty good for a sequal. Graphics: 7 Gameplay: 5 Gamer Level: Beginner Overall: 12/20 Price: $19.99 Status: Rent Star Wars: Rebel Strike Genre: Action Review: THIS GAME IS FRIGGIN AWESOME! It covers some of the same batles, mostly new ones, BUT THERE IS ALSO HAND TO HAND COMBAT AND HAND-GUN FIGHTS! In this game, you have to earn points to continue. It starts off with the usual Tatoine Traning level, introducing you to the games features, then goes on to 3 chalanging first levels. This game is not cheesy. GET THIS GAME! I am (I rented this game and I love it!). Oh yea. It also has a WICKED SWEET AWESOME coop mode, using the levels from Rogue Leader, and a versus mode. THIS GAME SUCKS! I thought id like it but it just SUCKS! If youre under 7 years old and your visiting this site, get it. Its meant for your age group. But everyone else, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM IT! Mele Genre: Fighting Review: THIS IS THE BEST FRIGGIN NINTENDO BASED GAME IN THE UNIVERSE! This is DEINATLY a classic. It has 24 of nintendos most famous characters, all fighting each other in one knockdown drag-out battle. There are many modes, including Adventure, Original, VS, and Event. this game is a great classic. GET IT NOW! It has a new never before seen mode of game play, and it has much better graphics than the first 2. You can also unlock secret characters, like Ollie the Magic Bum, Wolverine, Darth Maul, and Kelly Slater. This game is original and a classic in the MUST have category. I mean, it has some new levels and all, but they just keep on using the old styles of play. I have to give them this, they now have Free Skate built into Career mode, which is rad so you dont have to reload inorder to do more missions, but other than that, it stinks.
