For sometime, I was suffering from serious ailments—brain tumor, ulcer, liver disease, kidney malfunction, and hypertension. I was confined in a hospital with five different bottles of intravenous fluids hooked on to me, with a hole to boot in my stomach. The results of all my examinations were discouraging and the doctor had given up hope, saying that I had only a few days to live. Since I was a Buddhist, my Filipina maid prayer-partner asked permission from my daughter if she could pray over me. My daughter allowed her to pray for my healing. She recited Psalm 91, after which we listened to the audio tape of Bro. Mike's healing message during the El Shaddai DWXI-PPFI prayer rally held in Singapore. She applied healing oil on my whole body, asking God to forgive my sins. Then she laid on my chest a handkerchief with Psalm 91 and El Shaddai printed on it. Praise God, after two days my condition greatly improved to the surprise of everyone!

After that miracle, I was examined again and the results were negative. Since that time, I have removed the statues of Buddha in our rooms. Now, I have fully recovered and have started sharing with others my experience with the power of El Shaddai. Indeed, nothing is impossible with God!

In 1990, I lost my job, my girlfriend, and my apartment all at the same time. I was totally depressed. I was bedridden in my parent's basement for a month. I did not want to live anymore. After a while, I realized that I was only making my life miserable. I began picking up the pieces of my life and started a business. Then, a friend invited me to attend an El Shaddai DWXI-PPFI Mass and Healing Concert at the Edmonton Convention Centre. As Bro. Mike spoke to more than one thousand people there, I heard him say, "A joyful heart is better than medicine... Be joyful always, pray continuously, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." I praised God and sang as I listened to the healing message. The Good News of the Lord touched my heart, and a feeling of warmth and peace flowed over me. Tears rolled down my cheeks, but I was not ashamed. At that moment, I was filled with peace and joy. Thank You, El Shaddai, for I am now living a new life in Christ!

This made me furious that I thought of seeking revenge. But in this situation, I found myself attending the prayer- meetings of the El Shaddai DWXI-PPFI Spain Chapter. By listening to the Word of God, I was moved to ask for His forgiveness and to forgive those who had hurt me as well. For more than two years, I struggled to overcome my sinful desires, because I wanted to live according to the Will of God. Praise God, through His blessings and my perseverance in attending the DWXI-PPFI fellowships, He has delivered me from the evil of perversion! Now, I am the real woman that God wants me to be. Glory to God!

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer and was given only six months more to live. Praise God, after eight years, I survived! When my parents separated and both went to live in with other partners, I developed a deep hatred for them. This drove me to challenge my father and his other woman to a fight. I also entered into a live-in relationship with my boyfriend. I was already three months pregnant when I discovered that he had a family. In spite of this, we continued our affair.

In 1990, I attended a prayer-meeting of the El Shaddai DWXI-PPFI. By listening to the Word of God, I realized that He does not listen to the prayers of those who harbor hatred, anger, and grudge towards others. I repented of all my sins, asked for God's forgiveness, and forgave my parents. I turned away from my sins. I ended my illicit relationship and totally surrendered myself to God. Now, I am happily married to a Swedish gentleman. Despite the cold climate here, I intensely continue to feel the warmth of God's love. Praise God!
