Small Hangar
This small hangar was mainly built as a suitable backdrop for my airplanes in general, and the Fokker Dr.I in particular. It has gone through two rebuilds to make it bigger and more realistic. These steps are illustrated below. It is now taken apart because I need the parts to make a temple.

First version
Front view
Slyboots is leaving hangar number 4 at a remote airfield. This clearly demonstrates the need for windows to provide lighting inside the hangar. There are tiles under and on top of the two sliding doors. There is a small concrete area just in front of the hangar.
Back view
This show why the hangar should only be viewed from the front and left side.
Second version
Small office
With windows and a small office at the side. It is still relatively small and has absolutely nothing (workbench, tools etc.) inside. Note the double convex roof. It has been transferred to a large 48x48 baseplate.
Third version
Hangar number 14
This is the final and much larger version. It is 50% wider and there is room for two (small) airplanes. This picture show the effect of the added windows. The size can be compared with the first version by looking at the doors.
The doors are closed for the night
It still doesn't have a regular door so the minifig must still open the sliding doors to get in and out.
