In the beginning only the ocean existed. The Ra, the sun, came forth from an egg. With him he brought the gods Shu and Geb and the goddesses Tefnut and Nut.
Shu and Tefnut became the atnosphere. They stood upon Geb who became the earth and held up Nut who was the sky.
