Modimo was the creator of all.  He had no ancestors, past of future.  He distributed good things that appeared in the east and belonged to water.  Modimo was also a destroyer responsible for draught, earthquakes and cyclones.  These things appeared in the west and were a part of fire.  Modimo was also the sky and earth, light and root.
