September/October 2003--Jason advances to level one management at Save Mart. Andrea is accepted as a team member for a summer mission to Panama.

June 10, 2003--Steve & Cindy's 25th Wedding Anniversary--Anniversary cruise aboard the Monarch of the Seas.
Easter 2003--Porterville, CA
December 2002--We visited Greg and his family @ Lake Arrowhead, then came home to be with Jason for a Christmas celebration @ our house! 2002 Christmas letter--click HERE
November 2002--Early in November, we went to Solvang to celebrate Steve's 50th birthday. The next weekend, Steve, Andrea and Kristen visited Greg, Deb, Heather & Breanna in Tustin and took quick trips to Disneyland and Orange County Model Engineers in Costa Mesa. We celebrated Thanksgiving at our home.
October 2002--Jason moves to NE Porterville with 2 friends.
Kristen celebrates her 4th birthday.
August 2002--Steve ventures to Bitter Creek Western RR in Arroyo Grande, CA.
Summer 2002--Redwood Meadow and Anacortes, WA.
June 2002--Kristen, Andrea and Steve joined Greg, Heather and Breanna at the BIG TRAIN SHOW on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. This was also celebration month for Cambridge School--50th anniversary.
Easter Vacation 2002--We went to Bass Lake, CA.

Infected Leg: After whacking it on a table leg in December, Steve's leg got infected and wouldn't heal early in January (because of poor circulation due to deep-vein thrombosis). He was off work for a week in February. Continue to pray; healing still in process!
Steve, Andrea and Kristen to Greg, Deb, Heather and Breanna's: Early in January, 2002, we visited the Reynolds in Tustin. Andrea and Kristen enjoyed swimming in the new pool and we were treated to our first visit to California Adventure Park.
Thanksgiving & Christmas 2001: We stayed home:-) Pauline, Gloria, and Dan, Robyn, Kimberly and David came to visit us for Christmas.
SUMMER 2001: We went to the coast.
June, 2001--We met Greg and Breanna in Filmore and rode the Fillmore Western Railroad from Fillmore to Santa Paula and back. Then we journeyed to Solvang for an evening and day together...eating Danish food, walking the streets, purchasing LGB trains and riding a surrey bike.
EXCITING NEWS!!!--Cindy was accepted into the MFCC program @ the Mennonite Brethren Seminary in Fresno. This is a life-long dream.
Easter vacation 2001--We traveled to San Simeon, CA and spent a few days enjoying time with one another and flying KITES:-).
Christmas 2000--We celebrated the birth of Jesus while here and around Porterville, CA.
Thanksgiving 2000--We celebrated at home and finished construction on the Mount Rainier Play Center.
Summer 2000--We traveled to Anacortes, WA. Easter vacation 2000--We traveled to Solvang and Cambria.

September, 1999--School's resumed and Jason, Nate, Andrea, and Steve are involved on their respective campuses. Cindy and Kristen are busy at home:-)
On Labor Day we went to Bakersfield: Camelot Park and drove the cars, shopping @ CompUSA, and dinner at the Olive Garden.
Steve celebrated a birthday on the 22nd.

July, 1999--Nate celebrated his 14th birthday on the 2nd; Andrea celebrated her 9th birthday on the 28th.
June, 1999--Andrea was Dorothy in the school play The Wizard of Oz. She did a great job!
May 28, 1999--Nate graduated from eighth grade @ St. Anne's School. We rejoice with him!
May 13th and May 15th, 1999--Jason will celebrate his 17th birthday and Cindy will celebrate her :-) birthday.
Easter Vacation, 1999--Grand Canyon, AZ, Durango, CO, and Page, AZ. We finally were able to make this trip! Click HERE to find out more.
Spring 1999--Pauline and Gloria, Cindy's mother and sister, were able to be with us for a week. It was great to have them with us.
December 29, 1998--Dad went to the hospital; he was in for a month, then went on to GLORY! We miss him, but rejoice that he's with the Lord and with mom. Click for more information.
December 25, 1998--Kristen's first Christmas! We had a wonderful celebration of Jesus' birth. Dad was able to join us for a few days before and after Christmas.
