Day 6

Day: 6 Monday 11.19.01
Status: Beginner - 6th Lesson (I think I've got it)
Learned: Disengage
Practice: During the footwork I only messed up once, but I quickly recovered. Did a new steps today: advance, beat, disengage, disengage, lunge while the other person parry and parry. The other one we practiced was advance, beat, lunge while the opponent parry and remise.

Fenced: Fenced three people: a little girl, a girl, and a guy (sorry I didn't know there names). I'm not sure who won when I fenced the little girl and the guy. Though had a lot of fun. I. All I know is that I definitely lost to the girl.

Thoughts: Okay, today started off rather will. After I woke up and showered, I practiced my footwork. It was easier to practice today because I had music on and it helped me go faster. Aksone and I took pictures today. I took pictures with a disposable camera and she took pictures of me and other people fencing with a digital camera. She told me the digital has a one second delay so some of the pictures may be after the fencing. There will be no class on Wednesday b/c Simon is closing for the day. Aksone was taking pictures the whole time we were there. Though she hasn't sent the ones on digital to me yet. I have to develop the ones on the disposable. All in all it was an alright day today.
