The first pair of photos shows the movement on (press down obliquely).  On the left, Mr. Tang and Kong Sifu practice the form.  On the right,    Kong Sifu presses down obliquely on Tang.

  

Mr. Au presses and throws Kong Sifu off balance.

Kong Sifu presses Mr. Au and pushes him backwards.
