If you've heard of Charlottetown, you've heard of Myron's (except maybe if you're Mom Tyrrell). Aside from its late night Liquor Dome appeal, Myron's also features some pretty good live music. For instance, we saw (here when it reads "we", it means "Denise", Sarah is unfortunately on the short side and unable to see more than a handful of glances by jumping up and down) Sam Roberts, who was really good. In short, good times are had here :-) |

Denise loves the Flower Cart. If you tilt your head strongly to the right, you'll be able to tell. She'll often pop in after work and get some flowers for our living room (judging by the wilting Gerber, she's about due for a visit). It's a great little spot for flowers of all kinds. Word on the street has it that there's also a cute dog, "Bobby" that hangs around the joint.
We're at Nature's Harvest in the Confederation Court Mall at least three times a week. They've got great snacks - trail mixes galore, power shakes, and other miscellaneous nutritious and delicious treats. They also usually have hemp (that's right, hemp) cookies out for sampling, which are surprisingly delightful!
We also put in some serious hours at this fine establishment. This is our gym, the Charlottetown Community Recreation Centre, or CRC. They do have a pool, pretty good weight room, and free (with membership) go-make-a-fool-of-yourself fitness classes. Something for everyone. |
