I thought it would be fun to blow up a picture of her and have it on the wall for people to sign. It's a great picture of Denise, so it made sense, in fact it's still staring at me as I type this... almost becoming creepy now that I think about it. |

The moments-after-re-enactment of the big surprise. She really had no idea at all which made it worthwhile in the end. I had our landlord call her at work and tell her we had high levelsof carbon monoxide!! It was hilarious to witness the freakout that ensued. It all made sense that we had a gas leak apparently. |

Knowing full well that Denise is anti-cake and all things fatty, I substituted my original home-baked cake idea for a delicious (and, more importantly, nutritious) raw veggie platter. |
