Seafood Melody w/Roasted Vegetables
baked sesame and spiced salmon, flanked by pan-fried garlic & onion scallops complimented with a chorus of potatoes & garden vegetables marinated & roasted to perfection

DESSERT

Fondue Au Chocolat chocolate fondue with a range of fresh fruits made with a hint of butterscotch upon request
