Skyline: A rain-cloud passes over the city.Plot: It's raining in Seattle - again. Frasier is distressed by this, and he advises a caller who is distressed with Seattle to move to another city. Unfortunately, Roz finds most of her calls the next day are people wishing to complain to Frasier for him implying that Seattle is a bad place to live. Roz eventually convinces Frasier to apologise live on air, and he does. However he moans afterwards that the general populace of Seattle are whiners - and then realises he was still on air. Now he's in trouble. Bulldog is cross because Frasier has had more complaints than him (Frasier 50, Bulldog 35 on a piece about female umpires), and Tom Duran may have to take him off air for a while. To apologise, Frasier attends a dinner at St Bart's Hospital, where Martin had his hip done, and is guest speaker. Poor Frasier, however, seems to make one mistake after another after a badly timed trip to the loo..... Subtitles: He Will Be The World's First Four Legged Leprechaun; Let A Smile Be Your Umbrella; Man Overboard. It's Maris!!!: Niles gives a horse-style commentary about Maris as she tries to keep up with the poor chairwoman. Roz loves..... the Vietnam veteran who started having flashbacks when "Chopper" Dave buzzed Roz's place. Trivia: This is the first episode with the rain-cloud skyline. Mentions of Derek Mann, Tom Duran and Grammie Moon. |
