Skyline: The lift travels up the Seattle Space Needle.

Plot: On his show, Restaurant Beat, Gil announces that Orcini's, one of Frasier's favourite restaurants, is closing down. When they take Daphne and Martin there for a final dinner, Frasier and Niles think that they could be a success with their own restaurant, and excitedly they buy the lease, renaming the restaurant Les Freres Heureux - French for "The Happy Brothers".

On the opening night, they proudly invite all their friends as well as many other important people. Neither brother is satisfied with the brandy in the "Golden Jubilee" though (but they don't realise the other brother is topping it up) - and their problems begin.

After a while, Maurice, the head chef, has quit after Niles got on his nerves, two of the staff are unconscious and the rest have ran after finding out the Head of Immigration is in the restaurant. Now the brothers have a problem. Frasier quickly asks Daphne, Martin and Roz to help them - Martin as barman, Roz as a waiter and Daphne to help Niles in the kitchen.

Frasier thinks everything will be alright once he explains the various mishaps to the customers - but then in walks Gil with a lot of other restaurant critics who are here to review the restaurant! Telling everyone is now no longer an option, and added to the fact that Niles has chucked a toaster in the eel tank and Roz has accidentally set the "Golden Jubilee" on fire, how long will the happy brothers stay happy?

Subtitles: Les Freres Heureux; No Eels Were Harmed During The Making Of This Episode.

It's Maris!!!: Maris once went to Orcini's, and was sat on a table next to an Italian football team. She was in the mood for a goose, and "perhaps inevitably, tragedy occurred.".

Roz loves..... Brad, who she took to the opening of the restaurant. But when she had to help the brothers out by being a waitress, Brad was too keen to take advantage by making her fetch him his food!!!

Trivia: Last season 2 appearance of Bulldog and Gil. Daphne mentions an aunt who ran a teashop.
