Skyline: Lights go on in the skyscrapers.Plot: Bulldog is continuously pulling pranks on Frasier, including phoning in as "Mac", who has an arrogant co-worker. Frasier is annoyed by these, and decides to go and tell Kate. She however loves it when Bulldog picks on Frasier - as do his listeners - and she wants him to continue to boost the ratings. The pranks continue - including one where Bulldog phones Frasier at home and tricks him into singing "Three Little Maids" live on air. Frasier decides to get even by playing a prank on Bulldog. He knows that Bulldog is terrified of lizards, and so decides to scare him. Next day there is a raffle on Bulldog's show, and Frasier puts the lizard in the raffle box. Things go wrong though when Bulldog invites Kate to pull out the winning ticket instead. She does - and the lizard bites her finger off. Kate is rushed to hospital and swears revenge on whoever was responsible for the prank. Frasier's conscience gets the better of him and he goes to visit Kate to confess. She is on tranquillisers and is feeling light in the head. Frasier tells her what happened, thinking he's safe - but it turns out Kate wasn't as lucid as she appeared….. Subtitles: Singing In The Rain; The Nose Knows; Leapin' Lizards. It's Maris!!!: A "disgruntled servant" left a whoopie-coushin on Maris' chair once, but she was too light to activate it. Trivia: First appearance of Pete, Bulldog's producer. Mentions of Yoshi, Grammie Moon and Chopper Dave. Frasier is tricked into singing "Three Little Maids" on air - he also sang the song in an episode of Cheers. It is also the first time he gets tricked into singing on air by a prankster! |
