83 "Three Days Of The Condo"

Skyline: A shooting star passes over the skyline.

Plot: Frasier has bought a new door knocker for his front door. After putting it up, he receives a note from the President of the Condo Board, Ms Langer, telling him to take it down. Frasier refuses and goes to a board meeting to plead his case, but loses and embarrasses himself.

In the basement car park, Frasier is contacted by a mystery man, who tells him to run against Langer for president. Frasier figures out that this man is Dr Dorfman due to the personalised plates and notepaper. He decides to do so.

The household receives more note during the election - Daphne for parking her car in her usual spot, and martin for taking Eddie in the normal elevator rather than the service one. When Martin gets another note, Frasier goes down to defend his father and his "little friend Eddie". However Martin's note this time was for bathing naked in the public hot tub.....

Subtitles: Deep Ear, Nose And Throat; What We Have Here Is A Failure To Communicate.

It's Maris!!!.....Sneak Peak: Frasier once caught Maris in the shower when everyone was having a weekend away. Months of awkwardness followed.

Trivia: Niles discovers Martin and Sherry having sex in his apartment, which he lent them so they could have some piece and quiet. Frasier, we learn, has given Daphne a diagram of where all his antiques go so she can put them back after dusting.
