89 "Roz's Turn"

Skyline: Fireworks explode over the skyline.
Plot: KACL's cookery show host, Gertie, is leaving the station, and a slot is available. Roz decides to audition for her own show. Her idea is a show called Love Matters, where she'll use her vast experience to help others out with their love life. Frasier is naturally sad that he might lose her, but he, Niles, Daphne and Martin help Roz with her audition tape.
Roz's audition goes well until Bebe Glazer, Frasier's agent, shows up. When he says to her he'll be sad to see Roz go, without Frasier knowing Bebe goes to the bosses and says Frasier will quit if Roz gets the job.
Roz doesn't get the job and soon she and Frasier find out why. She and Frasier angrily go to her office and Frasier says their contact is over. But of course Bebe is an agent, she's got a few sneaky solutions up her sleeve.....
