Plot: It's Frederick's birthday and he's spending it in Seattle. Frasier, however, is getting fed up of helping people and not even being thanked, such as the guy who drops his wallet and accuses Frasier of stealing it when was only handing it in to the waitress. Such incidents continue through the day.

When Bulldog asks him and Roz to cover for him that evening as his mom's sick (he's really going to a fight), they agree to do so. On the way home from KACL, Frasier sees a woman in the rain. Feeling generous, he offers her a lift home, only to find that "she" is a "he", and "he" is a prostitute!!!

Frasier gets arrested and Martin has to come and bail him out. The story makes the papers next day - "Doc's Pal Is A Mock Gal" and Frasier decides not to help people anymore. When he explains what happened to Frederick, Frederick asks if that means he shouldn't help people.....

Frasier wakes up, it's all been a dream. He then sees a woman in the rain. Should he offer her a lift?

Subtitles: Mr Good Deeds Goes To Town.

Roz loves..... the guy who dropped his wallet. Roz wants to know if he's cute or not from his driver's licence photo.

Martin knows..... Fred, the sergeant at the station; Captain Pachesky, whose son turned out to be the Coleman Park Pervert; and Sergeant O'Brian, whose daughter stars in erotic cable movies.

Where Everybody Knows Your Name: Mention of Lilith - a monkey bit her on her tongue. She also 'phones Frederick to wish him happy birthday.

Trivia: Mention of Bernice Briscoe - Bulldog owes her $50 for saying, over the phone, she was in the hospital and wanted Bulldog to visit her. This was their excuse for Bulldog and his date going to the fight. Frederick makes a reappearance, and we have the first guest callers of the season.
