Skyline: Lightning storm.

Plot: Poor Niles is being drained financially and emotionally by Maris' lawyers, who hope to drag the divorce out as long as they can so they can get more money. Niles' lawyers, whom he is paying a lot of money for, aren't doing much good and Frasier suggests Niles change lawyers.

Roz has the answer - she used to date Donny Douglas, a divorce lawyer, and recommends him to Niles. Niles isn't impressed with Donny at first - he appears to be too laid-back and has a degree from Las Vegas University!!! :-). However Niles changes his mind when he sees how good Donny is, and he becomes Donny's client.

However Maris lawyers are now claiming that Niles was in love with Daphne during their marriage!!! Frasier doesn't want to lie under oath in court by saying this is false, and Niles tries to persuade him to do so. But Donny has a trick under his sleeve. He's discovered how Maris' family made their fortune - urinal cakes!!!

After Donny wins the case for Niles, Niles is thrilled - he's finally free!!! However his joy is short-lived, because Donny is now going out with Daphne.....
