Plot: Frasier is having a caricature of himself placed in Stefano's, a restaurant which has caricatures of many famous Seattle residents. Martin, Daphne and Roz go with him to the restaurant to see the picture, but not Niles. When Niles was 8 he vomited over Stefano and has been frightened of the place ever since.

Frasier is excited about his picture, and gives a short speech just before it is revealed. However he doesn't like the picture - because he thinks his forehead is too big.

Later Frasier tells Niles he wants the picture changed, and Niles is amazed. Stefano will be cross if Frasier does this, and so Frasier decides to use cunning to get Stefano to do it. Tricking Niles into accompanying him, he goes there that night and sure enough, the picture is changed. Trouble is, the new picture looks nothing like him!!!

Frasier rushes to Alice's birthday party, where there is a cartoonist. He gets some more pictures done, and brings them back to Stefano's, hoping to quietly change them. However Stefano catches him.....

Meanwhile Stefano is sure he has seen Niles somewhere before, and spends most of the evening trying to remember why - much to Niles' unease.

Subtitles: He Often Falls Over While Tying His Shoes; Face On/Off/On...

Roz loves..... Giorgio, the waiter who Stefano jokingly says is fresh from Sicily.

Trivia: Alice Doyle turns two this episode, and Roz has invited all her friends around. She has also got a cartoonist, much to Frasier's advantage. Mentions of Donny and Hester Crane.
