Skyline: Nothing happens.

Plot: Frasier and Martin are going to have a pizza at Martin's workplace one evening, but when Frasier arrives with the pizza, he sees Martin's co-worker Rich Kechner, berating him. Martin says its nothing to worry about, that that's just the kind of guy that Rich is, but Frasier is appalled.

Frasier decides to put in an anonymous complaint, and speaks to the owner of the security company Martin works for - Charlie Kechner, Rich's son. Charlie promises to do something, and speaks to his father, but Rich responds by making Martin work extra time.

Frasier decides to speak to Rich himself and along with Niles goes to see Rich. But before they can do this, Martin comes along and they don't want him to see them, so they hide in a closet. However the closet has a CCTV camera in it, so Martin knows they're in there. So does Rich, and the two begin to bond as they chuckle at poor Frasier and Niles.

Meanwhile Roz keeps talking about her boyfriend Roger all the time and everyone is getting fed up of it.

Subtitles: They Had To Close The Express Line; It's Confirmed...They're In The Closet.

Martin knows..... Rich Kechner, who he gets friendly with towards the end of the episode.

Trivia: This is the first episode directed by Stuart Ross, and also the first one for over 2.5 years where nothing happens in the skyline. Quite a lot of mentions of Roger (Ep 191 "Love Stinks") - it appears he and Roz are still an item. He's made all these romantic plans for Valentine's Day as well. When Martin and Rich are watching Frasier and Niles in the closet through the CCTV cameras and talking about the silly things their kids have done, Martin tells Rich the story of how his chair burned (Ep 193 "Bla-Z Boy").
