Xân Bebein
Xân Bebein was the main town in the old "Fenderesk district" which belonged to the old Astrâbâd (Gorgân ) region. But now Xân Bebein is one of the five towns ( Gonbade Kâvus, Âzâd Šahr , Xân Bebein, Râmiyân and  Daland) in Gonbade Kâvus region.

Excursions:

Širâbâd waterfalls & natural pools          
Širâbâd water falls from a height of 20m giving the appearance of water jumping and playing on the rocks before falling down to the natural pools with a depth of 40-80 meters. Širâbâd water falls are situated c. 6 km south of Xân Bebein. See map .

Širâbâd cave
 This emazing cave with the opening of  9 meters, height of three  meters  and a length of approximately 150 meters is situated c. 6 km south of Xân Bebein. This cave is known even as Dive Sepid (white devil) by the locals. See map.

Getting there: The easiest way to reach these attractions is to charter a car from Xân Bebein, Gonbade Kâvus or Gorgân.You can even get arranged trips to these attractions, by contacting some travel agency in Xân Bebein, Gonbade Kâvus or Gorgân.

Accessibility :
 There are also daily minibuses from Gonbade Kâvus (40 km) and Gorgân (60 km) to Xân Bebein.
