children by Seymour, Stanley and Brayton.

On 1870 census, the family surname is spelled Palmer vice Parmer.

Elizabeth Parmer (Palmer) was listed on the Index to Pensioners of
1883, Hardin
Co., pg 148. She is probably wife of Seymore (Seaman), with a
pension for his
Civil War service. He died at Lookout Mountain, Tennesse in Nov 1863.
