Fruit Exchanges
Fruits may be used fresh, dried, canned or frozen,
cooked or raw, as long as no sugar is added. Canned fruit
packed in its own juice without sugar may be used. One fruit exchange contains about 10 grams carbohydrate and 40 calories. This list shows the kinds and amounts of fruits to use for one Fruit Exchange. |
