November 9, 1999 - About 2 months ago more or less GeoCities removed my "first" site for unexplained reasons, but invited me to upload my site again. I have simply uploaded it at this point in time, but several of the links to other sites, graphics, and my e-mail address do not work at this time. Please be patient as I get things "cleaned up" over the next week or two (it's a big site!). Meanwhile please feel free to browse and enjoy my site!
January 3, 1999 - Well, it's a new year. 1999. Wow! This site has also been online for over one year now. Time to do some clean up. Some of the groups that I used to belong to have disbanded, and I have resigned from others since life has become too hectic to be a good participant. So I have done some general house cleaning around here. A face-lift is probably coming soon...
November 14, 1998 - Added questions to the site for the Caring Moms trivia hunt. Where? Well, isn't the whole point of this to get to know me a little better? (Hint, hint!!!)
November 5, 1998 - Added link a link for WebCams around the US (from WeatherNet) on the Information & Fun Stuff Links Page. Updated my Awards and my Banners pages.
October 12, 1998 - Added links to the Graphics & HTML Links for Paint Shop Pro 5 tutorials. Also added links to Font sites section of the same page, and to Graphic Sets by Nannie in the Graphics section. Added a link for Amusement Park physics to the Information & Fun Stuff Links.
October 2, 1998 - Added links on The Front Porch and Causes that I support for Pink October & the MDAnderson Hospital Children's Art Project.
September 22, 1998 - Added Links for Paint Shop Pro 5.0 Tutorials to the Graphics & HTML Links Page.
September 21, 1998 - Guestbook getting too large again - separated out the August Guests so that it would load faster.
September 13, 1998 - Changed the Inside My Cottage page around - added little graphics next to the list of the rooms!
September 2, 1998 - Added the Where to Buy page to help people find places that they can go to to purchase the clipart CD's that I own.
August 31, 1998 - Joined the Wise Women of the Web Webring! It can be found in my Webrings Section. Also, I finally found my welcome message from the Graphics Group, so I added their logo and signed up for their webring, which can be found on my Creations Page.
August 30, 1998 - 2 new pages of graphics plus some added on other pages in the Christine's Country Creations Section. See the page for updates! Also I changed the background & graphic on The Front Porch - now the background matches the rest of my site.
August 28, 1998 - Added a Forum to the Soapbox so that others can post their own opinions or comment on mine. Added a site search engine to the Front Porch.
August 26, 1998 - Added to the Soapbox some more of my opinions!
August 24, 1998 - Joined the Women of the Heartland Webring, updated the main webring page. Also I am a charter member of the Wise Women of the Web, their logo can be found on my Front Porch. Please check out their creed and see if you too are interested in joining!
August 23, 1998 - Added Beehive graphics that I thought I had added the other day. Oops! Added What Do You Do All Day? to the Garden of Words. Added to new awards to the Awards Page.
August 21, 1998 - Added Melanie's Homespun Graphics and Deed's Designs to the Graphics Links Page. FINALLY added my Banner Exchange. Added Beehive graphics to Garden Party, Page 2 - Pastels.
August 20, 1998 - Started the "Country Clipart Site of the Day" Award. Be sure to check out the new winners! Added Pat's Web Graphics to the Graphics, Fonts & HTML Links Page.
August 19, 1998 - Added links to the Houston, Texas page for information on the Texaco Grand Prix, coming to Houston this fall! Also added We Pray for the Children and The Choice to the Garden of Words. Added the Hearts of Heartland Webring to the webrings section and the award I received from Ma to the Awards Page. Added more award winners.
August 17, 1998 - Added poems to the Garden of Words - Please Keep Your Fork, The Rich Family in Church and Heartprints. Moved My Soapbox to a separate page from the page about me. Also added Creating Christine's Country Creations, my "How did I do it?" page. There are links here to the services and sites that helped me design this site. Started the process of separating the webrings into multiple pages, with an index page listing the ones found throughout my site.
August 14, 1998 - Added this page! Also modified the links on the other pages and began another new page, August 13, 1998 - Designed award to give to Homepages Full of Heart to recognize their creative effort. Set up page to list winners. Joined the Just Us Webring, added the ring to the Main Links Page.
August 12, 1998 - I have expanded my Memberships! I am an offical Webaholic now. What an honor! *grin* I have also joined the United Creative Women of the Web! They are a great group! Look for their logos below, and the UCWW webring is on my Creations Page
August 11, 1998 - I was honored with an award from Aimster's Place - you can go to my awards page to check it out - it is so cute!
August 10, 1998 - Joined the Moms on the Web Webring, added it to the Webrings Page I have been a member of Moms on the Web since late May.
Late July, 1998 - I have added My Postoffice with a HUGE selection of cards for you to send to someone special! Stop on by!
July 15 - 19, 1998 - I was honored with the Spirit Award, Award of Excellence for Design AND Mom of the Week for the week of July 19, 1998 from Moms on the Web! (Thanks Jeanne!) They are proudly displayed on my Awards Page.
July 8, 1998 - I received Barbara's E-mail today notifying me that I have been selected as the Graphics Site of the Day for July 9, 1998! What an honor! So many people have visited my site thanks to this honor. Thank you, Barbara!
