Owner and head keeper of the Kelpie Group of Europe. This group traveled around the continent of Europe and searched for Kelpie caves and creatures, keeping them from attacking citizens of the countries surrounding. In the year 1640, Maxinoot found the largest colony of Kelpie ever recorded. With over 35 members in the whole Kelpie colony, the skilled KPE members caught them all in no time.
