Dirt (Yummmm)
Description:
Once you make this get a flower pot and some gummie worms and an artificial flower to snaz it up. =}
Ingredients:
1 lg. bag Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 lg. boxes of vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
8 inch flower pot
Artificial flower (if you desire)
& or gummie worms

Directions:
Crush in blender, or food processor, 1 large bag of Oreo cookies, set aside.

Cream together:
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

In large bowl, mix 2 large boxes of vanilla instant pudding (add amount of milk according to package of pudding).
Add cream cheese mixture and 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Beat together until mixed.
In an 8 inch flower pot, layer the cookie mixture, then the pudding mixture, then the cookie mixture, and so on.
End up with the cookie mixture (this looks like dirt). Add an artificial flower & or gummie worms in top



Chocolate Chip Pie

Description:
Have you ever heard of Kentucky Derby Pie? This is the recipe but with a safe name :) Easy to make and very tasty! If you don't like coconut you can omit it, recipe will still turn out fine.

Ingredients:
1 9 inch deep dish pie shell
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1/3 cup coconut

Directions:
Place chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell
In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs
Add butter and vanilla, mix well.
Add sugar and flour mix well.
Add coconut and pecans lightly mix
Pour over chocolate chips and bake in 325 degree oven for 55 minutes.

Number Of Servings:6-8 slices
Preparation Time:10-12 minutes



Kiss Cookies

Ingredients:
1 bag of Hershey Kisses, unwraped
1 cup peanutbutter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*. Combine peanutbutter, sugar and egg mixing very well. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Add Kisses while hot. Cool on a cooling rack & eat!



Banana Cream Pie "Yum Yum"

Description:
Good for any function or dessert after dinner or just any ole time!

Ingredients:
1 ~ 6oz.~ graham cracker pie crust
1 ~ pkg. ~ (4 serv. size) Instant Vanilla Pudding and pie filling
1 ~ envelope (1-1/3 ozs.) ~ Whipped topping mix
( save some for top)
1- 1/2 cups ~ cold milk
1/2 tsp. ~ vanilla
2 med. ~ bananas ~ (save 1/2 for top garnish)

Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine pie filling mix, whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla on low speed of electric mixer until blended. Increase speed and beat until very thick, about 3 mins. Pour one-third of mixture into crust. Layer slices of banana on top, reserving a 1/2 banana for garnish. Pour remaining filling into crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with sliced banana and additional whipped topping just for serving. If desired, Note: to prevent from darkening, dip banana slices for garnish in lemon juice.

Number Of Servings:8 small or 4 lg. slices
Preparation Time:15 mins. & 2 hours to chill

My Secret Fudge

Description:
The perfect no bake fudge~no one will ever know they will just brag and beg for more!!!

Ingredients:
18 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can of sweeten condensed milk
1/8 tspn of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring


For added treats...try variations by adding one or more of these after melting: Mini-marshmallows (or I like to use the cream)
Peanut Butter (half 18oz jar)
Nuts (by preference in amount/type)
Chopped and "drained" cherries
Exchange 6 oz of chips with white chocolate chips
Exchange 6 oz of chips with Reece's peanut butter chips
Shredded coconut (remove from stove first :-)


Directions:
melt ingredients, stirring continously and mix in a double broiler....pour immediately into square 18x9x2 cake pan lined in wax paper and chill in refridge until firm (I do this over night) cut and slice to desired sizes and enjoy!!!
