Spinach Spread
Directions:
1 lb (500g) spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion chopped
2 tablespoons (30ml) cold-pressed olive oil
2 tablespoons (30ml) flax oil
1 1/2 cups (375ml) kefir (or sour cream)
Pinch of nutmeg
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for two minutes. Saute garlic, onion and well-drained spinach in the olive oil for three minutes on low heat. Put sauteed mixture and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and mix on pulse setting for a chunky spread.

Puppy Chow
Description:
If you take this to a party, get a kitchen tub or a huge dog dish and put it in there, lol. =}
Ingredients:
1 box Rice Chex
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
Directions:
Place cereal in LARGE pan. Melt chips and peanut butter. Gently stir into chex, using powdered sugar, so it doesn't stick. Serve to humans! P.S. Beg for peanut butter samples while preparation in progress
