CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE
DAVID, SARAH & HARRIETT'S DEFENSE FUND


If you are interested in contributing to the Hughes Defense Fund for expenses that have or will arise to help David, Sarah and Harriett, please send any amount to the Elmira Savings and Loan Bank, 300 West Water Street, Elmira, New York 14901. The attorney fees and legal costs have all ready exceeded $15,000 and contributions are welcome. Please inform the bank that your donation is to be deposited in the HUGHES DEFENSE FUND account.

Many people have emailed me with positive comments and with the assumption that people were donating to the Defense Fund. I have not "pushed" the Defense Fund because I did not and do not want people to think that this web site is about money because it is not- it is about the safety of my grandchildren and trying to get officials to protect Sarah and Harriett Hughes from an abusive mother. The Defense Fund has had 2 donations in 7 months and has $54.96 in it. Nothing has ever been drawn out. There is a $2.00 monthly fee the bank keeps taking but that is the only withdrawal. If you can donate, it desperately needed. Here is a copy of the Defense Fund bank statement ending September 30, that I just received from the Elmira Savings & Loan Bank.
