My parents and I are going to leave soon. Everything is all packed up. If any modifications are needed on the outfits, I'm going to make them at the hotel. (Got my sewing kit and misc.) Leaving in less than 20mins. ^_^ Will give con report when I return. See you on the other side! ^.^

Duo...pregnant?!?
lol I can't believe someone actually wrote that...I mean a GW fanfiction that included Duo conceiving anally...and his gundam desires him. O.O I haven't actually read that fic...yet. ^^; There are actually more then one fic like that. All by the same author, Sephiroth. All of the fics are this crazy...and hilarious! I couldn't help it and bursted out laughing in the middle of the office. The main fic I'm typing about is "A Gundam in Love." <.< roflol In light of the GW fics, I uploaded another Two Mix song. Enjoy! ^.^
Convention countdown: 2 days 8 hrs.
2 days! And one day left before I go to Baltimore! *dances in seat* I'm currently redoing my spear, since (as I mentioned before) it didn't look right and that was because it was too straight. I'm papering, cardboarding and taping to make the blade part. Hope this works.... *stares at the mess* Anyway, I threw the 'pseudo pants' idea out the window. It will be too weird. I bought white pants yesterday and the cotton lining was sooooo soft. I'm cutting it out and modifying it and it will be the pants that I need. ^.^
Here is a run down of my to do list. For the next day and a half, I'll be x-ing what I've done and what else I need to do. That way I can keep track of the chaos before I leave for Maryland. ^.^

It's 3 days and 8hrs. to Otakon. My last outfit is almost complete, (as I've been saying for the last couple of entries.... ^^;)
I'm still making bags and pants, buying shoes and modifying my spear prop. And I need to finish work within the next two days, 'cause I go on 'vacation' on thursday. *screams softly...cause I'm tired* ^^;
I'm also going to contact the hotel, set up my schedule and think of what to give the VAs and what they can sign. *rummage for pics on the net*

Harry Potter Wank and fashion
Fandom has truly been leaking into the media lately. Several months back, a newspaper published an article about 'yaoi' in japanese graphic novels or 'manga'. I couldn't believe: they even explained several terms like 'seme' and 'uke'. O.O Now we come to Harry Potter....
A San Francisco newspaper published the chaos that ensued about the opposing 'ships' of Harry/Ginny, Harry/Herminoe fans. Devoted fans raid the internet ways declaring that they won't read another HP book again, and dissed the hell out of JKR. <.< Well, we have chaos and we have wank. Life is beautiful. ^.^
I'm in a happy mood today for many reasons. I ate lunch with my co-workers and had an ice cream as well. yum.... Anyway, I got lots of things done, but most of all...my cosplay outfit is upon completion! *cheers and jumps around the office*
The strips need to be sewn onto the 'belt' and a bunch of other really pretty stuff. The skirt portion of the dress is beautiful. When I turn, it sways and floats and glides..... *_* I love my outfit. After cosplaying, I'm going to make a dress just like that one so I can wear outside. ^.^ I still need shoes! I might buy Indian shoes 'cause they're flat...or the gold ones from Payless that I found which was alright.... But I want blue. ^^;

VA con news
Apparently, Otakon is going to be an FMA fest with 5 english voice actors as guests. O.O Not that I'm complaining...that's just awesome. I'm going to prepare something for them to sign.... *scans to do list* aw nuts. I can't do much until I get more done. >.< Busy, busy, busy. And still low on sleep, but I'm alright at this moment. *yawn*
Chun Hyang Updates
I'm only doing Chun Hyang cosplay updates since everything else is practically done...except for the matching bags....
Cosplay: Chun Hyang
Still making: entire outfit, blue Korean shoes, psuedo white pants (or actual white pants)
Description: I sewed the strips on, the collar hemming has been done, but the skirt and everything else needs to be pulled together. The weapon is done, though it looks off for some reason. *stares at the pictures* Oh well, I'll figure out what's wrong when I figure it out.
Once the majority of my to do list is complete, I will put up pictures of the different parts of my outfit, (and hopefully) as well as pictures from my personal photoshoot. I'll let you know when those stuff will be up. ^.^

Since I don't have time to give an account about my doings, I will give a list of what I need to do instead.
1. My Job
2. Install various software into my newly formated/winXP computers.
3. Translate my mother's friend's songs.
4. Figure out how to connect the bluetooth headset (again. >.<)
5. Poster project (for work.)
6. Buy a USB memory stick (for father's b-day present.)
7. Cosplay prep (spear has been made, only bags and outfit left. ^.^)
This is only a summary of what needs to be done. There are more that needs to be listed, but I got no time. See why I'm 'anxious?' <.<

Three Worlds Wank?
Hm...never thought I'll get beef about my fandoms...but I did. Am I too old for crushing on a hobbit/actor? How about liking anime and cosplaying? My third world is 'real' life: work, eat and sleep. It's not as boring as it sounds, 'cause I like working, eating and sleeping. Of course, I also have my hobbies to keep me company: music, Japanime and hobbit hunting. ^^; Just to let people know, don't give me crap about your opinion of my fandom. If you think I'm 'too old' for this, f*ck you. I happen to like Disney, anime and LOTR. There are still loads of other stuff that I like, and you can see that in my bio section. If there are stuff I don't like: that would be males, especially does with an ego. The bigger the ego, the more I want to squash them. And I can too, the last time I checked with my doctor (which was last saturday,) I'm still overweight. ^.^
Updates still the same...
nothing has changed since last week, except that I was able to buy fabric to make bags and that the embroidery has been sewn on the collar. The outfit is still in pieces and I still don't have an actual bow. Still too expensive. Oh well, to get a good cheap one would just be an extra to my cosplay, but I still have my first one which was good to begin with. ^-^
Got lots to do. Maybe this week at work will not be so bad...workload wise, I mean. ^^;

Sub-dates
Not really updates, but close enough. ^-^ I'm going to be buying an actual bow...I'm not sure about the length of the draw...but I think it'll be too short for my arrows. ^^; But either way, it'll be less then $15 (or else I won't bid on it (<-yes, I typed bid) and when it comes, I'll decide whether or not I'll use it for cosplay. I'm still in the process of figuring out my spear prop and thinking about how I can buy/make bags that will match my outfits. (Then I don't have to drop everything when I pose for the camera. ^^;) Still looking for Korean shoes though...gonna hit a Korean store throughout this weekend (and maybe even tonight) so I can buy pointy toed shoes. ^-^ The Chun Hyang outfit is in pieces, ready to be sewn together. Can't wait to see the finished product! ^.^

Should I buy the LOTR Trilogy Extended DVD? <.< I watched the entire thing...and I kinda like it enough to buy it...kinda. *sigh* I think I'm buying too much stuff lately...especially with making the cosplay outfit. Oh wellz, I'll think about it some more. I want to get it so I can watch Pippin from the very beginning of the trilogy...since I only started crushing on him during the last movie. ^^; Anywayz....

I finally found it: Pippin's song! *sigh* ^^; He is too cute. Everytime I hear his song, I see his eyes looking up at Denethor. *fangirl squeal* KAWAII!! Once I find his picture, I'll show you what I mean. *starts searching* Of course, as I found Pippin's song, "Steward of Gondor", *screams* I found other songs from LOTR...mostly ROTK. Since F.I.R. is getting big, I downloaded some of their songs as well. A C-pop (Chinese pop) group singing in mandarin. Pretty nice. When I have time, I'll upload some of their songs. ^-^
So...right now as I'm at work (working very hard too ^^;) I'm listening to F.I.R. I spent the last two hours listening to Pippin sing...so I'm switching over to pop for the moment. Only a moment though. ^-^
