"Indonesian Rice"

Ingredients 1:
  • 80 g. chicken breast
  • 50 g. prawns
  • 2 slices ham
  • 1 green chilli pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 10 g. frozen green peas
  • 2 bowls cooked rice
  • 2 tbsps. oil
  • 1 tbsp. wine
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger juice
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce

Procedure:
  1. Cut chicken into 2 cm. slices. Combine chicken and prawns with wine and ginger juice, and let stand for 15 minutes. Blanch in hot water, drain and set aside. Dice ham and slice green chilli pepper.

  2. Heat 2 tbsps. of oil, spread evenly in a wok. Stir fry well garlic, prawns, chicken meat, ham and chilli. Add in rice and stir well. Then add in defrosted green peas. Combine well. Season with salt, pepper, and fish sauce. Mix well, dish up and serve.
