Prepare for an Emperor's treat with this easy to cook, great tasting and authentic Chinese recipe.
Procedure:
Cut chicken into 2 cm. cubes. Shell, wash and drain prawns. Blanch chicken and prawns until cooked, drain.
Soak mushrooms and remove stems. Dice mushrooms and ham into 1 cm. cubes. Scald green peas.
Heat 3 tbsps. of oil evenly in wok. Fry and scramble beaten eggs until 70% cooked.
Add in rice, ingredients in Method (1) and (2), and chopped spring onion. Stir fry well. Add salt, pepper, msg and soy sauce. Mix well. Dish up and serve.
