"Savory Fried Rice"

Ingredients 1:
  • 80 g. chicken breast meat
  • 50 g. prawns
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 50 g. ham
  • 2 tbsps. frozen green peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bowls cooked rice
  • 2 tbsps. chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • pinch of salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate (msg)

[Savoury Fried Rice]Prepare for an Emperor's treat with this easy to cook, great tasting and authentic Chinese recipe.

Procedure:
  1. Cut chicken into 2 cm. cubes. Shell, wash and drain prawns. Blanch chicken and prawns until cooked, drain.

  2. Soak mushrooms and remove stems. Dice mushrooms and ham into 1 cm. cubes. Scald green peas.

  3. Heat 3 tbsps. of oil evenly in wok. Fry and scramble beaten eggs until 70% cooked.

  4. Add in rice, ingredients in Method (1) and (2), and chopped spring onion. Stir fry well. Add salt, pepper, msg and soy sauce. Mix well. Dish up and serve.
