"Peeling the Shell Off an Egg"

peel the shell off an egg, first crack the eggshell. Then immerse
the egg in a cup of hot water and let it stay for a minute or

Easy, simple but tasty "Chinese" treat suited for any occasion. A dish that deserves its place on the dining table.
Procedure:
Peel, wash and shred radish and carrot; wash and shred cucumber finely. Marinade vegetables with salt and set aside.
Combine minced toasted groundnuts with fine sugar and set aside. Squeeze dry radish, carrot and cucumber shreds.
Add camote, potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Then mix in rest of vegetables.
Place each nori sheet flat on a table. Spread groundnut and sugar mixture along one side. Spread sufficient vegetables on top, and roll up firmly to form a cylinder. Fold in both ends. Repeat the process also with poh piah skins.
