Comment: Just visited the moor park explore club site. It's looking very good. Have a look at http://www.oocities.org/whattransport.

Look at the route evaluation. Do you want a similar table set up.

Comment: When the 9.36am 325 bus from Tynemouth to North Shields arrived at Norham Road North it was a double deck bus and not easy access yet again. According to the Go Ahead operators booklet this should be a "easy access assured" service. We have been let down again, Why?

Comment: Two weeks ago i visited my doctors using public transport both ways the cost of this journey came to £1.44p last week i had to visit the doctor's again but this time the journey's cost me £4.50p. This was due to the fact that the bus did not turn up forcing me to get a taxi which i could not really afford. On my return i found the the bus fares had changed from 72p to £1.00!. Why?

Comment: I made a phone call to the Nexus helpline number on Friday 21st September 2001 to discuss the removal of the service 300 and the effect it would have on our community. I was told I would be contacted my someone who could discuss the problem in more detail as soon as possible. I am still waiting for that call. this is really unacceptible.

Comment: Going to work early causes me great distress due to the poor bus service. The first bus in the morning often does not turn up or is always late. This means that i either have to walk to work which is approximatley 3 miles.

Comment: A story told to me by a gentleman in North Tyneside: He escorts an infant to school and back home, giving 4 journeys to be made. The poor bus services mean that he walks the 2 journeys when he is on his own and uses a taxi when with the child. All because the bus service is so unreliable, he just cannot be sure it will arrive in time, if at all.
