Comment: I just traveled to Newcastle on a 44 for the 1st time in a while. I stayed on the bus to go into the Haymarket bus station and found myself en route to Hazelrigg instead. Why no publicity that the 44 doesn't go to the Haymarket anymore? Arriva - I didn't find it very funny, and I bet I'm not the first!

Comment: Hi Moor Park, had a meeting with Lemington today and Liz was very pleased about your suggestions for their page. they now have an official statistics section - one problem they have is poor access to a doctor and this does notemerge well from the official statistics - it kind of gets buried. Comment: I agree with you about the bad timekeeping on the 356 and its something that is high on our complaints list with the operators, unfortunately they do not appear to be listening. Keep looking at the web site and we will keep you up-dated with news as it comes our way, please keep adding your complains to the site it all helps us argue our case.There will be no easy solution but we will keep trying. Govermnent Departments have the site address and are looking at the site.

Comment: Good news about the buses mentioned (see previous posting), but what about the terrible timekeeping of the Arriva run 356? Some one needs to sort that out, and fast because it's never run on time in ther past 3 month!

Comment: Good news:I have it on the best authority that there will be no changes in the bus time tables of both the 355 and 315 buses this time around. The 355 bus will definitely remain on their route, Watch this space for any other updates.

Comment: There are problems regards the 335 Bus to North Shields. Some drivers are telling us this bus is being removed while others are telling us it's not. Could the bus company make up its mind and give us the real facts. We really cannot afford to lose yet another bus from this area.
